Website Terms
These terms describe the conditions for using the DWNTWN Consulting LLC website and its free resources. They do not replace a signed client agreement or waive rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
Using the website
Use the site lawfully and provide information you are authorized to share. Do not attack or overload it, submit spam or malicious code, evade security controls, collect other visitors' information, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict abusive requests and suspend tools to protect the service.
Reviews, resources and bookings
Submitting a questionnaire, requesting a resource or booking a conversation does not guarantee acceptance, availability or a client engagement. We may decline or reschedule a request. A resource request does not itself schedule a sales call. Scope, pricing, deliverables, responsibilities, support and any retainer or renewal terms belong in a separate written agreement accepted by the parties.
Free resource and generated-draft license
For resources identified as DWNTWN's own, you may download, print and adapt them for your own internal business planning and operations. You may share them internally with your team. You may use drafts created by our free generators in your own business after reviewing them. Do not resell, publicly redistribute, repackage or claim ownership of our original resource files, branding or website design without written permission. Third-party material retains its owners' rights and its stated license; this permission does not override those rights.
Website checks, calculators and draft generators
Our tools provide limited checks, planning estimates or drafts from the inputs and public information available at the time. They do not guarantee rankings, revenue, accuracy, completeness, legal compliance, accessibility or security. A successful check is not a comprehensive audit. Calculators depend on your assumptions and are not a forecast or financial advice. Review generated markup, files and text before deploying them, and test them in your own environment.
Submit only public URLs you are authorized to assess. Do not use these tools to retrieve private systems, bypass access restrictions or process confidential information. We may limit requests, supported formats and availability. Tool output and review requests do not create a client relationship.
Results and examples
Examples and case studies describe particular situations. Annualized savings, returns and capacity figures may be estimates based on the stated baseline and measurement period. Capacity is different from recognized revenue. Results depend on data quality, adoption, business conditions and implementation; they are not promises of future performance. Illustrative examples are identified as such.
Website ownership
DWNTWN owns its website content, brand and designs except where another owner or license is identified. The limited resource permission above does not grant rights to our trademarks or other website assets. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with the relevant page and details.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and tracking choices. Hosting, forms, fonts, analytics and external links may involve third-party services with their own terms. We do not control independent websites or guarantee their continued availability.
Availability and limits
The website and free resources are offered "as is" and "as available," without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by applicable law, DWNTWN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of, or inability to use, these free website functions. These limits do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Paid client work follows its separately agreed terms.
Changes and agreement
We may revise these website conditions and show the updated date here. If affirmative agreement is needed for a paid engagement or another contractual transaction, we use a separate acceptance process. A footer link or free resource request is not a substitute for signing the applicable engagement agreement.
