DWNTWN Consulting LLC ("DWNTWN," "we," "us") operates this website. This policy explains what information we use, why we use it and the choices available to you.

Information you share

When you request a business review, resource or reply, we receive the contact and business information you provide. This may include your name, email, organization, website, business size, priorities, challenges and desired results. We also keep relevant correspondence and scheduling details. Please do not submit passwords, payment credentials, customer records, health information or other confidential information through public forms.

Questionnaires and requested resources

The business-review application uses a LeadConnector form. The toolkit questionnaire submits your answers through our server to our Centerfy CRM, which uses LeadConnector infrastructure. We use those answers to deliver the requested resources, review your situation and follow up about the challenge you describe, within the permission shown on the form. A resource request does not itself book a sales call or authorize marketing texts.

Free tools and calculators

Website-check tools send the public URLs you enter to our server, which fetches the public pages needed for the check. Do not enter private URLs or access tokens. Calculators and draft generators generally run in your browser. If you choose to carry a tool result into a review request, we temporarily keep an abbreviated summary in browser session storage with a 30-minute application expiry. Closing the tab or clearing browser storage may remove it sooner; expiry stops its use by the application and does not guarantee immediate physical erasure from the browser.

Technical and security information

Our hosting and delivery infrastructure receives connection information such as IP addresses, request URLs, browser details and timestamps. It may keep operational logs to deliver pages, investigate errors and prevent abuse. Our form and tool endpoints use bounded security and rate-limit records. Toolkit deduplication records contain hashes and submission status rather than full form answers; they expire for application use after 24 hours and are removed when the corresponding storage slot is revisited. CRM records and infrastructure backups have separate retention practices.

How we use information

• Deliver requested resources, answer questions, assess fit and arrange business conversations.
• Operate and protect the website, forms and tools; investigate errors and misuse.
• Understand site use and which campaigns bring visitors, as described below.
• Send communications within your request and permission, and handle opt-outs.
• Maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

Tracking and your controls

Use Privacy & tracking in the footer to see the current status and change your choice. There is no automatic tracking popup. Forms and tools work with tracking off.

For visitors identified as being in the United States, we enable basic Google Analytics measurement by default unless you have declined or your browser sends a privacy signal. Elsewhere, and when the location check is uncertain, unavailable or outdated, Google measurement remains off until you allow it. We determine approximate country from the connection address on our server using a local DB-IP country database; we do not send your address to DB-IP for this lookup. IP location is approximate and can be affected by VPNs and proxies.

Google Analytics uses cookies and technical identifiers to measure visits and interactions. Our measurement bridge sends page paths, permitted campaign labels and selected interactions. It does not send questionnaire answers, contact fields or complete visitor query strings to Analytics. Google can process technical information under its own policies. We keep Google Signals and advertising personalization disabled. Google Ads measurement is not currently configured on this website; if enabled later, it will require a separate advertising-measurement choice.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track (DNT) by keeping this site's Google measurement off while the signal is enabled, even if you previously allowed it. These signals are different browser features; our conservative implementation treats either as a request to disable measurement. This control covers our Google measurement bridge, not essential hosting requests or independent third-party websites.

Explicit choices are kept in this browser's local storage with their version and time. Opt-in permission needs renewal after 180 days or a material tracking-policy version change. Saved declines continue to keep tracking off until you change them or clear browser storage. Turning tracking off updates Google permissions and disables further Analytics measurement through our bridge. It does not erase information already received by Google. Browser controls can clear existing cookies and storage; a different browser or device has its own choices.

Providers and other recipients

We use Hostinger for hosting and delivery, Centerfy/LeadConnector for forms and CRM, and supporting providers for communications, scheduling and security. Google Analytics is used under the tracking settings above. Some pages also load fonts from Google, separately from Analytics, and the embedded review form connects to LeadConnector. Those connections can disclose technical information needed to deliver the content.

We share information needed to provide these functions. Contracted providers and independent third parties have different roles and terms; their own privacy policies may apply. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transaction. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use this website's Google configuration for cross-context personalized advertising. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries; any additional contractual or transfer safeguards depend on the service and applicable law.

Retention

We keep information as reasonably needed for your request, our relationship, legitimate recordkeeping, security, dispute resolution and legal duties. These needs differ by record type. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably practicable. Backups, third-party retention and legally required records may remain for a longer period. Contact us for a request concerning your information; a browser tracking choice alone does not delete CRM or email records.

Your requests and communications

Email info@dwntwnmediaconsulting.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to a use of your information. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, appeal or a complaint to a supervisory authority. We may verify your identity and account for legal exceptions before responding. Please do not send sensitive identification documents unless we arrange a secure method.

You can use an unsubscribe link in marketing email, where provided, or ask us to stop marketing by email. Necessary replies about an active request, service or legal matter may continue. We do not treat an audit or toolkit permission as a blanket SMS or call-recording permission; those require their own process before activation.

Security, children and external sites

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed completely secure. This business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. External sites and services follow their own privacy practices; review those when you leave this site.

Policy changes

We post revisions here and update the effective date. For material changes, we provide additional notice or request fresh permission where required. We do not treat a previously saved opt-in as permission for a materially different tracking setup.
